Introduction¶

Our phd project name is PMS means patient management system. This name was assigned by HK sir only. This a advanced clone of our DMS which works on everywhere.Mostly it meant for camps

Installation¶

Our project can access through https://pms.42web.io/ram

Here, https = protocol pms = domain name 42web.io = sub domain /ram = directory (I placed project data in ram folder for temporary use because I have many parts of this project so each I stored in different folder after finally completion of all parts I merge all into single site i.e https://pms.42web.io)

Why it is web. Why not an app?¶

A. Different people uses different operating systems like Android,ios,windows, linux . To access on every operating system,we made it in web to access through browser.

If we want app we need to code in multiple platforms For example Android= java and kotlin ios = swift and objective C windows = C++ cross-platform = react,flutter and web

Even after did an app for an operating system. again we have to pay to publish app

Android= Google Play store console= 2k/one time pay Windows= Microsoft store = 1,500/one time pay IOS = app store = 8k/year

If cross platform I.e web custom domain = 500/year subdomain = free

So,We choose web platform to access for everyone and free to use

Features of Our project¶

Main - Dental language for correct and auto desicision making - patient can view thier oral health - students and administration integration with patient status - Dashboard of no.of treatments, registeration e.t.c done by all and individual student in thier accounts - Filter search and export csv(excel) - access everywhere and anytime.

Oct 2023 : project confirmed and assigned Nov 2023 : Created project with url Dec 2023 : Final Exams Jan 2024 : created 3 login account panels Feb 2024 : created components like dashboard,nav,sidebar,patient registration,camp movements,inbox events,map. Mar 2024 : Created demographic information i.e name,auto age,Google map address and manage patient with direct phone call, individual patient management dashboard Apr 2024 : styling css; assets May 2024 : Odd batch final exams Jun 2024 : SSL certificate issued,chief complaint and student handling. July 2024 : odontogram Aug 2024 : HK sir suggested simple model

Almost I coded 1,000 code files in 6 months

Working on and current stage is dental theory and dental language.Next last step is Database schema.

Why it taking time¶

Problems : - Coding in android phone is difficult because Android not meant for coding . I'm getting so many troubles to access files and deploy them - Time .I too have college schedule,works and home life.I'm doing in singley what a years of coding with a group of developers do. - The theory part of dental where all 8 department subjects into one in pratical and software sense. - A lot of features in our project to make it useful,easier and productive.

What batch did ??¶

Our suggestions are - 3 login panels for adminstrator,doctor, patient - components - patient,camp,inbox event,map - student handling and patient status - diagnosis summary and treatment summary after odontogram input
