i can understand what is present in that by seeing the any code but i can't write language

it is just like someone from diffetent language communicate with you.you can understand what he is trying to express but you can't speak in his language.

my languages i needed are

• md for notes
• html

• js for logic

• php

• sql

templates are predefine syntax customizing like we do with sentences.we use amd just modify the words in semtence to speak like

but language alone do work they just express meaning we need method;the path
