Transliteration: Kriyā samayena balavadbhir nītyā ca vidhinā vibhūṣitā Tasyaiva siddhir abhivṛddhiṃ prāptaṃ samaye samaye

Translation: The action (Kriya) is powered by the right use of time (Kala) and the intensity (effort) applied with the correct method (vīdhī). The success or result (siddhi) of the task grows over time, reaching fruition in due course.
